RNG Support Downtime Technical Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordination of downtimes within all involved parties through aiding in downtime-related communication and utilising and creating tools to automate parts of downtime coordination flows. Downtime Technical Coordinator reports to Head of RNG Support or RNG Support Operations Manager.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitor relevant information sources to ensure that all steps of downtime preparation are done on time and according to the expectations set;
  • Communicate all key maintenance plans, commitments, and changes including schedule, and scope changes to the stakeholders and involved parties;
  • Facilitate downtime communication for external and internal clients;
  • Perform pre-checks of the changes required for execution by clients for successful downtime completion;
  • Collaborate with AMs and Support teams to arrange and support downtimes process on all phases;
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance coordination;
  • Generating various reports on maintenance/downtime data according to company needs;
RNG Support Downtime Coordinator also performs other duties as they deem necessary in the execution of their duties or duties as delegated by the Support Managers, Head of Support, or the Employer.
 
Proficiency requirements:
  • Understanding of project delivery & acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Upper-Intermediate+ English level;
  • SQL basics;
  • API basics;
  • Knowledge of Python or other languages will be a plus;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Able and eager to take ownership;
  • Agile mindset;
  • Great attention to details;
  • Desire to develop soft and technical skills;
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence will be a plus.
